Who We Are

About Us

Advancing Neurorecovery and Community Reintegration

The Synaptogenesis Foundation is dedicated to improving recovery outcomes for individuals impacted by brain injury through scientific research, rehabilitation programs, and community support.

Our Mission
Bridging the gap between brain injury science and long-term recovery.

The Synaptogenesis Foundation translates neuroscience research into real-world impact — connecting the clinicians who study recovery, the survivors who live it, and the communities that support it. We exist to close the gap between what science knows and what patients actually receive.

Who We Are

Every year, hundreds of thousands of people survive a serious brain injury and return home to a system that largely stops looking. The Synaptogenesis Foundation was built for what comes after that moment, through research that follows outcomes, clinical partnerships that extend care, and community programs that stay present through the long arc of recovery.
